Sevinc Kader is a multi-award-winning international strategist and senior EU affairs executive with more than 20 years of leadership across European institutions, global diplomacy, and innovation governance. She is the Founder and CEO of Forward 1919 Global Strategic Advisory I Brussels and the European AI Hub, and holds the European Board Diploma from ecoDa (Brussels) and ICGN (London), making her an EU-certified board member and international advisor. She works closely with organizations, public institutions, and global leaders to navigate complex political systems and position themselves effectively in today’s shifting geopolitical environment. She is also a frequent speaker at international and EU-level conferences, where she shares insights on leadership, digital governance, and foreign policy.

Summary
Her EU career began in Brussels, where she established and led the EU Representation Office of Türkiye’s oldest political institution, a role she held for more than 15 years. She also served as a Member of the Presidency (Executive Board) of a major European political family, the second largest in the European Parliament. In this role, she helped shape EU-wide political strategies and contributed to institutional positioning on key legislative files such as the European Green Deal, the AI Act, the Digital Services Act, and the Digital Markets Act.
Holding dual citizenship in the EU and Türkiye, Sevinc brings a rare combination of geopolitical foresight and diplomatic fluency. She has held a Transatlantic Fellowship at Johns Hopkins SAIS in Washington DC and Brussels for six years, and was invited as a Visiting Scholar at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where she further developed an initiative on participatory governance in the age of AI. Through this work, she bridges institutional reform, emerging technologies, and civic innovation.
As the founder of the European AI Hub, she leads a Brussels-based platform focused on transparent and ethical AI governance. Her work brings together voices from the public and private sectors, academia, and civil society. She is also a member of the European Commission’s AI Alliance, contributing to Europe’s evolving approach to technology policy.
Her insights have been featured in BBC World, CNN, Euronews, Deutsche Welle, Euractiv, and L’Echo. She has received multiple awards, including recognition from TÜSİAD and the European Commission, and was named among the Top 250 Global Women Leaders by Diplomatic Courier. In 2024, she was selected among the Top Voices in the EU, followed by recognition as a Top Voice in AI in 2025.
In addition to her strategic work, Sevinc Kader is a published Brussels City Poet and a member of PEN Belgium. Her bilingual poetry and jazz album, created in collaboration with artists from Brussels, Istanbul, Stockholm, and Los Angeles, reflects her belief that creative intelligence is an essential part of leadership. Her poetry has been performed at international festivals and included in various anthologies and collective publications.
